Why can't I watch my dog(s) go inside?
A:
We have experienced over time that when your dog watches you drive off, rather than being (sometimes) "dragged" inside whilst you are watching - they settle down far quicker. If they come inside whilst you are still outside they are constantly at the window and door checking and sniffing to see whether you may still be outside and it takes much longer for them to settle.
We know it is hard to see them pulling at the lead towards you, but honestly the best is to have said your good-byes at home, hand them over to us and then get in your car and leave. You then leave a far happier dog behind, more open to socialising with the others and not constantly waiting by the door and window thinking you are still outside.
