Now that the Beagle BnB is closed to new customers we would like to be able to plan the year ahead as best possible. For us to have this benefit we would like to give you great benefit. You will see the pricing structure encourages you to book sooner rather than later and it is also encouraging monthly payments rather than lump sums at the start of the year. Please see T's and C's below explaining some of the restrictions we are putting down in order to book during school holiday periods.

DaycareDaycare will only take place once or twice a month

Winter & Summer school holidaysCustomers whose dogs have been coming to us regularly for the past 3+ will get first option to book for school holidays. If not confirmed by 27 January then the bookings will open to those that have been coming less than 3 years and thereafter those that have not come regularly should there be space available.
Should you confirm your dates by 15 December but had to go on the waiting list due to being a "new customer" you will have secured the early bird booking rate for which you will be invoiced from 28 January 2020. IMPORTANT NOTE To book for Winter and Summer school holidays your dog(s) has to come for at least 4 Holiday Camps prior to the booking (included in the rate) as well as be booked for at least one other trip during the year (minimum 5 days, not included in the rate). In other words we no longer take bookings for only one of the school holidays. The reason for this is that we have seen it again and again that dogs who come regularly are far more at ease if they come on a regular basis. We will not take dogs who are not used to the experience of multiple dogs. |

As you know the holiday camps are to ensure that your dogs get a "practice run" with the dogs that will be staying with them during the school holidays (since we won't be taking in anymore new customers this is likely to be the last year we will be doing this.
You will see that this year the 4 holiday camps are included in the holiday rates. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Confirmation of bookings need to happen within 3 days of receipt of invoice. For busy or in season periods you will be notified as such and if there is a waiting list and you fail to confirm within 3 days your booking will be forfeited.
No cancellations will be refunded.
For seasonal periods, school holidays & long week-ends if you cancel less than 30 days in advance 70% of payments will be forfeited. 30% will be held on credit for a next stay. More than 30 days notice 70% will be held on credit for a next stay and 30% forfeited
Out of season less than 30 days notice 50% will be forfeited with 50% held on credit for a next stay. More than 30 days notice 100% will be held on credit for a next stay.

All customers will be added to a broadcast group on Whatsapp. If you are new to this: It means you will receive group/bulk notifications but you will receive it individually (so you're not being added to a ANOTHER Whatsapp group). If you respond it will also only be visible to us, not a whole group.

Discount
The 45% discount for the second dog only applies to Low Season booking confirmed by 20 December 2019
There will be a discount applied for the second dog to other booking which will vary for the dates booked as well as availability. Bookings for Seasonal and school holiday periods less than 40 days in advance are unlikely to have discounts applied.
