Booking Confirmations & Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation
A strict confirmation policy is in place from 2018. Should you not confirm with arranged payment terms within 3 days of date of booking your booking will be canceled. Agreed upon payment terms need to be adhered to (by means of a stop order for monthly payment arrangements) or else booking will be canceled.
We will send out one (1) reminder e-mail for payment - if after 48 hours we receive no response the booking will be void an admin fee of R250 will be applicable to any deposit received if more than 60 days prior to booking otherwise the applicable cancellation policy applies.
Cancellation policy
High Season
46+ days notice: 25% refund on deposit (or full deposit applied to next booking if made within 30 days of cancellation)
31 - 45 days notice: 50% refund on deposit (or full deposit applied to next booking if made within 30 days of cancellation)
30 days or less notice: no refund on payment, 50% of deposit applied to next booking if made within 30 days of cancellation
The “next booking” does not have to take place within 30 days, the booking just needs to be made within 30 days. If next booking is canceled the deposit is forfeited
Mid & Low Season

14 - 29 days notice: 50% refund on deposit (or full deposit applied to next booking if made within 30 days of cancellation)
